Insightful read. For me it has to be these 02 areas - brain fog and feeling “wired but exhausted". I believe this could be due tot he stage of our menstrual cycle which is something new I learned while reading this article.
Could you suggest what we could eat to keep us nourished during luteal and menstrual phases to keep us going? We live in a world where we are surrounded by people and work with people who don't understand we women have these low-energy, low-productive, emotional days. Therefore we have to keep working at full 100% all year round.
i'd have to dig in further with you to understand your concerns, physical symptoms, goals, etc. to provide any concrete recommendations. you can find options to be in my world and explore working with me here: https://linktr.ee/meghanswidler.
goshhh i feel like i absolutely need caffeine to function in the morning… I’m not sure if its caffeine addiction or low energy! this really resonated with me and I’m feeling a lot more sure of my next steps to higher energy levels now :)
highly recommend trying out no caffeine for a bit. you can only understand your relationship with a substance by removing it altogether for a period of time!
You're so right... We can't force ourselves to have more energy by taking something. We have to think about the big picture and make sure all these systems are where they need to be in order to bring back more energy from a holistic perspective. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you. I will take a look at the options available to work with you. Not much of a LinkedIn user. Is there another link to read the article?
