You don’t need peptides, endless supplements, injectables, or luxury clinics + retreats—you need whole foods, deep sleep, movement, sunlight, nature, and daily detox.
I feel like it’s been over complicated and made to feel far too out of reach for ‘normal’ people, for people, like myself, who don’t have thousands to invest in what is sometimes a temporary fix anyway. If more people were taught the information that you teach here we would have a simplified system for us to follow and not all the shiny carrots that are overpriced and unnecessary. When I listen to you talk with such clarity and knowledge on the human body and the things we consume that are a huge reason our bodies are being poisoned and our sickness is on an all time high, I feel hope. Hope is a great start as long as I am implementing what I learn. For me it’s baby steps so I do not allow myself to become too overwhelmed. Thank you for everything you do and your genuine care.🙏
