I’m reimagining where my brand is heading, and I want your take.
So, I put together a quick 2-minute anonymous quiz to understand how you currently experience my work, content, and energy — what resonates, what stands out, and what you want more of.
Your perspective will genuinely help shape the next chapter.
Longevity continues to go mainstream.
Bryan Johnson‘s Blueprint just raised $60M — backed by a star-studded investor lineup including Naval Ravikant, the Winklevoss twins, Kim Kardashian, Logan Paul, Drew Houston, and Balaji Srinivasan, among many others.
They’re building a full-service platform to bring his longevity protocol to the masses — blood testing, food delivery, supplements, prescription access, toxin screening, and even an AI health companion.
This marks a huge moment for the longevity & biohacking world.
And, it might sound like progress…but I’m not actually sure it is.
Hear me out for a second.
To me, Bryan Johnson doesn’t represent true health & vitality.
He represents being in a state of fear and negation.
He doesn’t represent living in pursuit of life.
Rather, he represents living in avoidance of death.
A life built around the slogan “Don’t die”.
He eats one meal a day at 11AM, goes to bed at 8PM every night, injects his son’s blood, previously took up to 111 pills every day, doesn’t date, doesn’t deviate, spends $2 million a year on data and diagnostics, employs a team of 30 doctors to monitor and guide his health protocols, and tracks every breath, pulse, and pixel of his existence.
He’s optimized to the point of isolation.
And, sure…maybe he’ll live longer.
But, at what cost?
When longevity becomes a rigid system and when we start treating our bodies like projects, ruled by algorithms and fear of aging, then we lose the very essence of what we’re trying to preserve: life itself.
Most people don’t need to live forever.
They just need to feel better now.
More energy.
Fewer symptoms.
A body that works with them, not against them.
Longevity should be the byproduct of living well, not the obsession that erases joy, spontaneity, play, laughter, presence, and human connection.
So, yes, longevity is definitely going mainstream.
But, let’s not mistake living forever for living fully right here, right now.
I’m not against science, biohacking, or tracking data whatsoever.
I’m against forgetting the whole point.
And, if longevity becomes synonymous with fear, rigidity, and control...we’ve missed the point entirely.
If you’re so optimized that you can’t enjoy a spontaneous night with friends, share a meal with your partner, or laugh until your stomach hurts, is that really living?
I’m excited to see how this one pans out, but I’d love your thoughts in the comments.
