WOW. Just… woooooow.
I’m still on a high.
Eudēmonia Summit, you really outdid yourself.
I came into the weekend not even knowing what to expect, but what I walked away with was beyond anything I could have imagined.
I connected with old friends, new friends, people who’ve followed me online for years (meeting you all IRL is truly one of my favorite things!), and people I’ve deeply admired from afar.
It honestly felt like a camp reunion…like everyone I love in health, wellness, longevity, and human optimization somehow ended up in the same place at the same time.
There were so many pinch-me moments.
The kind where you realize in the moment that something meaningful is happening.
And, the energy was absolutely electric.
Palpable.
Every single person was buzzing, expanded, present, and alive.
People were fully engaged in talks and panels, doing morning workouts, grounding in sound baths, breathing, meditating, dancing at the silent disco… and most importantly, deeply and genuinely connecting with each other.
It was one of those weekends where you could actually feel the future forming…in the rooms, in the conversations, in the energy between people.
There is real momentum in this space.
More than ever before.
People are finally waking up to the fact that health isn’t a luxury anymore.
It’s an absolute necessity.
There is a collective hunger for something deeper than “wellness”...for true health, true healing, true longevity, and true transformation.
And, right in the middle of that energy, I had my own quiet earthquake moment.
The Moment Everything Shifted
I was scheduled to give a 60-minute talk on deep cellular cleansing & detoxification — the work that I know with complete certainty I’m here on this planet to do.
I had prepared everything: beautiful slides, speaker notes, a clear flow, the expectation of a podium and a screen, and a setup that made me feel anchored.
Then, I went to check out the stage the day before… and there was no TV.
No podium.
No place for speaker notes.
Nothing.
My nervous system tightened immediately.
The part of me that loves control and thrives on structure lit up.
Sixty minutes straight, on one of the biggest stages yet, with absolutely nothing to reference…
It felt like panic.
But, later that same day, I watched Gabrielle Bernstein, someone I’ve admired for years, take the stage so effortlessly with no notes, no slides, no crutches, and no podium.
Just pure presence and embodiment.
And, something clicked within me.
I realized that God wasn’t pulling the floor out from under me.
He was inviting me higher.
(I even pulled a tarot card the night before the talk while prepping that said ‘Arise’).
This wasn’t a problem.
It was an initiation.
A moment to rise.
A moment to trust.
A moment to step into the version of myself who doesn’t need notes…
because the message is already encoded deep in my cells.
And, here’s the funny part: the next morning, everything was “fixed”.
A TV appeared.
A podium showed up.
Everything was technically solved.
But, I told the stage manager that I actually didn’t need the podium anymore.
(The podium was there, but I literally stood in front of it.)
And, I delivered the best talk of my life.
Clear.
Informative.
Channeled.
Electric.
A new frequency.
A new timeline.
A new level of embodiment.
The Bigger Picture
So, let this be your reminder…
Sometimes the obstacle is the portal.
Sometimes the disruption is the activation.
Sometimes what feels like a loss of control…
is actually you being positioned for expansion.

I know I am late to comment on this, but I really wanted to say yes, yes, yes to more of the "personal, raw, messy, vulnerable, magical parts of the journey" you mentioned at the end of this post. And not because I'm being nosy or anything like that, but because in addition to the wealth of amazing information that you have and share (which is SO refreshing and helpful and educational), I think this other part you speak about is so important. And inspiring. It touches on the spiritual, human, energetic side of things that pairs up beautifully with everything else you put out into the world. It inspires reflection, thought, plants seeds for growth, ideas, provides insights and provokes on a deeper level. I could go on. But I believe deeply that these are things that matter so much right now. And how wonderful to be one of the souls that creates this type of real, meaningful content.
