The caveat paragraph is what makes the rest of this land. Plenty of people would have posted the number and let the implication do the work. Saying plainly that genetics deal the first hand, that AMH varies cycle to cycle, and that one lab is a snapshot rather than a verdict costs you nothing and buys a lot of credibility.
The line I keep turning over is that the interventions that protect fertility are almost never the ones being sold to you. That reads less like a fertility observation than a structural one: prevention is close to unsellable because there is no unit to ship. You cannot build a $32B category on "filter your water, skip the synthetic fragrance, don't drink," so the category gets built on the intervention downstream instead and the upstream stuff stays unmarketed by default. Not a conspiracy, just what the incentives produce.
Which is also why this kind of thing tends to travel through writing like yours rather than through anyone's marketing budget.
My intuition about fertility appears to be right 🙂; that the onset of menopause can be delayed greatly by a woman staying essentially metabolically healthy. I've even heard that it's possible for menopause to be reversed ♻️.
So essentially it's ... "Fix" the terrain (help them learn how to regulate their nervous system to predominantly stay in a parasympathetic, healing, state) ... heal fertility issues.
My understanding is that the health of the man is just as important as the woman (of course 🤦) when it comes to improving the chances of conception. I've heard that much of the "blame" seems to be put on the woman and that's just not right or fair from a physiology perspective.
It's refreshing to know a shining example of this aspect of physiology 🙂 ... and to know and trust that there IS hope for a lot of couples to greatly improve their chances of conceiving a child later in life, naturally 👍🥇.
What I like about truly good wellness coaches, is if one is wise, all they need to understand is that it is no small feat to be metabolically healthy ... that our certification can simply be our healing journey, our track record of vitality, our lack of chronic illness, our lack of need for prescription meds and our need for few, if any, vitamins to stay healthier than most people half our age.
I apologize if this comes off as a judgement, but I see "health" ministers of some countries looking very metabolically unhealthy and I wonder how many people know why that is not a person we want to be taking advice about health from.
It would be akin to looking at a dilapidated "on the verge of collapse" NEW brick wall and still listening to and hiring the person that constructed it, not knowing that that's not what a structurally sound brick wall is suppose to look like 🤣.
Do you wish to have children one day, Meghan?
forsure!

thank you!
